An explosion at a fuel storage in Puerto Rico started a fire that lasted two days. The toxic smoke forced hundreds of people to evacuate that area. On Sunday 100 federal agents went to the area to find out whether somebody intentionally started the fire or if it was an accident. The FBI found and is investigating graffiti writings found on two San Juan tunnels that reffered to a fire a couple of miles away from the explosion area. The graffiti said "Boom, fire, RIP, Gulf, Soul, ACNF ." The explosion caused a 2.8 magnitude earthquake that affected all the island. Seventeen military tanks were destroyed by the initial explosion. All the evacuees were sent to a safe shelter far away and were vaccined against the H1N1 virus for caution. President Barack Obama declared an emergency in Puerto Rico. The Pto. Rican government said that the damage is estimated at 6.4 million dollars. For the meantime, Puerto Rico will recieve gasolin supply from the USA to recover what was lost.
