In the aftermath of the Chile earthquake, aid and security have come to the most hard-hit areas, but people complain that they haven't had aid yet. Chile's outgoing president, Michele Bachelet, has urged the Chilean people to remain calm. The number of deaths has increased to 802, with about 600 happening in the Maule region. In the region of Concepcion, 30 trucks arrived with food and water supplies, and are currently being distributed. Residetns in Maule have said that the government is only worried about the big cities, because they haven't seen any help. Close to 13,000 chilean soldiers have been sent to Maule and bordering areas.
