Summary:

On Friday morning, rescuers raced to find if anyone was still alive beneath the rubble. American troops arrived at night with relief supplies. Later on Friday, more US soldiers an Marines would arrive at Haiti. To lower the flight time between the US and Haiti, Cuba allowed US rescue planes fly over restricted areas. The president of the island said that about 7,000 people have been buried in a mass grave. There have been so many deaths that they are bodies piled outside morgues. A number of nations has pledged to help Haiti financially and with food and supply's. Many people fear that Haiti is becoming helpless.
